Dylan Capshaw, a 20-year-old entrepreneur from Scottsdale, is managing three businesses while attending college at Arizona State University. His ventures encompass a coffee and flower business, a transportation service, and a consumer technology app, showcasing a diverse entrepreneurial portfolio. Capshaw discussed his business journey on the Phoenix Business Brief podcast, emphasizing the importance of customer feedback in shaping his approach. "If you don’t have customers, you don’t have a business," he stated.

Capshaw's primary venture, Stemistry, initially launched as an online flower business during the pandemic. He signed his first commercial lease at just 15 years old and has since expanded to three locations, later consolidating into two shops in Phoenix and Scottsdale. This transition taught him valuable lessons in managing construction, leases, and employees.

In addition to Stemistry, Capshaw operates Wild West Party Bus, a themed transportation service that caters to college students. He identified a demand for such services and seized the opportunity to fill the gap. His third business, Peptify, is an app designed to help users track peptide use and organize related information.

Capshaw actively seeks feedback from his customers, often calling them after rides to inquire about improvements. "Constructive criticism is everything," he remarked, highlighting his commitment to continuous improvement despite the challenges of entrepreneurship. He acknowledged that his businesses have incurred more costs than earnings thus far, but he remains focused on enhancing their operations. "I try to never stay complacent," he added. Capshaw's ventures reflect a blend of innovation and adaptability, positioning him as a notable figure among young entrepreneurs in the region.
