ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors announced the successful sale of the Banner Surgery Center - Gilbert, a 13,957-square-foot ambulatory surgery center located at 6003 E. Baseline Road in Mesa, Arizona, on September 3, 2026. The advisory firm represented a physician ownership group in the transaction, which was acquired by Lincoln Property Company. The center is affiliated with Banner Health and supports a variety of outpatient surgical procedures.
Collin Hart, CEO and Managing Director at ERE, along with Director Andy Matti, led the transaction team.
